The college women development cell is headed by prof. Pinki Kotwal from Dept. of Physics and the members are Prof Manjeet Singh, Dr Reyaz Ahmed, Prof Anuradha Sharma, Prof Sanjay Kumar and Prof Renuka Goria. The cell is very active and takes the initiatives for gender empowerment and other women related issues. In this regard different events such as seminars, workshops, debates, expert talks on different aspects etc. are organized for the benefits of the women. The cell also seeks the safety and security as well as the welfare measures for the girls and the female staff.
The cell convenes the meetings and sets the schedule for the events and accordingly takes the action on the same. The annual gender report is prepared and shared with the students, staff and IQAC. It is also uploaded on the website in addition to the events/activities concluded by the cell.
